the number of people who have said i'm insane (or implied it) because i was looking forward to going back to studying after working for 6 months is astonishing. I'm not that weird am I ? It's not that I didn't enjoy working it's just that working reaffirmed that I needed more years of studying to do what i really want to do.
First day back went pretty smoothly. I've already met people I know i'll like and get along with at least. I don't normally make like lasting, best-friends-forever type of friendships with ppl at uni. Don't know why. Maybe we've all got our own things going on in our lives and the whole friendship at uni thing is really just to get by. who knows ? maybe it's just me.
I'm pleased with myself I've rearranged my room - more like my desk. So now i'm all ready for homework and assignments (yuk) Before today i couldn't do anything in a civilised manner like sitting at my table instead i was sitting in corners of my room on the floor writing because my table was so cluttered ! Yay for organised-ness :)
